Terms of service
1. Welcome
MagicTree sells the Christmas Tree Projector through magictree.store. Shopify provides the store platform. These terms and the linked policies explain how purchases and use of the store work.
2. Using your account
Provide accurate contact, payment and shipping details and protect any account credentials. Place an order only if you are legally able to enter a purchase contract or have the necessary permission.
3. Product details
The projector is a USB-powered indoor decorative light with six patterns and a flexible stem. Check the product page for the included items. Projection appearance varies with darkness, distance and surface. Follow the supplied instructions; keep dry and stop using it if damaged.
4. Placing an order
Check your chosen item, quantity and address before paying. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil it and refund amounts paid for items we cannot supply.
5. Prices and checkout
The checkout shows the transaction currency, delivery charge and taxes collected there. Payment uses the available checkout methods. Purchasing two or three units does not create a discount unless that reduction is displayed in the final total.
6. Delivery arrangements
Our supplier may dispatch directly to you from abroad. MagicTree remains responsible for handling your purchase enquiries. Read the Shipping Policy for charges and destination information.
7. Website content
Use the store to browse and purchase products. Content may belong to MagicTree, Shopify, suppliers or other rights holders. Do not claim ownership of, or commercially reuse, material without the appropriate permission.
8. Additional services
Any optional external service may have its own terms. We will not treat a third-party service’s terms as removing your mandatory rights against MagicTree.
9. External websites
Links may lead to independent websites. Review their terms before using them; a link does not mean that MagicTree controls their services.
10. Shopify platform
Your retail purchase is with the seller identified in these terms. Shopify hosts and supports the platform; contact MagicTree about orders, returns and product faults.
11. Personal information
Read the store’s Privacy Policy for information about the processing of customer data and how to exercise privacy rights.
12. Reviews and messages
Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not post unlawful or misleading content, private information about others or material that infringes their rights. We will not knowingly misrepresent customer reviews.
13. Corrections
If a genuine product or price error affects an order, we will explain it and arrange a lawful correction, cancellation or refund. A correction will not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
14. Unacceptable activity
Do not commit fraud, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, harass others or disrupt the store. Access may be restricted to protect the service.
15. Ending access
We may suspend access where necessary to address misuse. This does not cancel our obligations for a paid order or remove applicable refund and consumer rights.
16. Product guarantees
Descriptions and mandatory legal guarantees apply. We do not promise an effect identical to promotional photographs in every room or make an additional lifetime warranty. A product fault should be reported to MagicTree.
17. Responsibility
No term excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded. Delivery by a supplier does not shift our obligations for your purchase onto you.
18. Third-party claims
Any claim concerning unlawful use of the website will be assessed under applicable law. These terms do not impose an unrestricted obligation on consumers to pay our legal costs.
19. Partly invalid terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply where possible.
20. Order documents
These terms, the product information and the policies provided for your order should be read together. Mandatory law takes priority over any inconsistent wording.
21. Transfer of obligations
A transfer of the business or of contractual obligations must not reduce customer protections or remove the rights attached to an existing purchase.
22. Applicable law
Estonian law applies, while consumers retain mandatory protections available in their country of residence where applicable. This clause does not remove a right to bring proceedings before a competent court.
23. Reading the terms
Section headings help navigation and do not change the meaning of the underlying provisions.
24. Future updates
We may revise these terms for future orders. The version applicable to an existing purchase is not retrospectively replaced to reduce the customer’s rights.
25. Help and complaints
Contact www.magictree@gmail.com with your order details. Eligible unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee through TTJA, or an appropriate consumer authority.
