Returns and refunds
30-day return requests
For purchases from magictree.store, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email www.magictree@gmail.com with your order number or other proof of purchase. We will explain the return steps. For voluntary requests made after the statutory withdrawal period, return the projector unused, complete with accessories and its original packaging; send it within 14 days after our instructions.
EU withdrawal rights
EU consumers retain their independent 14-day right to withdraw after receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Notify us by a clear statement and send the goods back within 14 days of that notice. This right does not depend on discretionary approval. Opening packaging or inspecting the projector does not remove it; handling beyond what is needed to check the product may result in a deduction for diminished value.
Return destination: Juhan Rump / MagicTree, Harku 61, 11612 Tallinn, Estonia. Email us before posting so we can identify the order and provide practical instructions. Do not post a return to the supplier address printed on a parcel. Contacting us does not restrict your statutory withdrawal right.
Return costs and refunds
You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. We cover necessary return costs for goods that are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. No restocking fee applies.
We reimburse the purchase price and any standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold payment until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional cost. Bank processing time may vary.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty goods
Email us with your order number and a description of the fault. Photos or video can help, but inability to provide them does not remove your rights. Stop using a damaged electrical item. We will assess an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable consumer law. The seller remains responsible for the purchase; you do not need to resolve a claim directly with the supplier. Statutory rights, including the applicable legal guarantee, are unaffected.
Exclusions from voluntary returns
Our additional return offer does not cover damage caused by misuse or items returned incomplete after the statutory period. Discounted projectors remain eligible under the same policy. Statutory remedies for defects and statutory withdrawal rights are unaffected.
Cancellation and exchanges
Contact us promptly to cancel before fulfilment. Once dispatched, cancellation may require a return under this policy. For an exchange, contact us before placing another order.
