Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges and destinations

Standard shipping is free (€0). Our store currently has shipping rates configured for 237 countries and regions. Availability of a delivery route depends on the destination and supplier. A country appearing at checkout does not itself guarantee that a carrier serves every address.

Fulfilment and timing

The MagicTree USB Christmas Tree Projector is shipped by our fulfilment supplier and may travel internationally. MagicTree remains your point of contact for the order.

Processing and transit times vary by destination, stock and carrier. We do not currently publish a verified delivery estimate for every country. Please contact www.magictree@gmail.com before ordering for a destination-specific estimate, particularly if you need delivery by Christmas or another fixed date. We do not guarantee a holiday arrival date. Any delivery period separately agreed with you forms part of your order terms. Your statutory rights concerning late or missing deliveries remain unaffected.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is supplied by the carrier, we will share the available tracking details. Tracking updates may take time to appear. Check your shipping address before paying and contact us promptly to request corrections; changes after dispatch may not be possible.

If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. If we cannot supply your order, we will notify you and refund the affected items.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to destination-country import taxes, duties or carrier clearance charges. Free shipping refers to postage, not these charges. Amounts collected through checkout will appear in the order total; other charges may be collected by local authorities or the carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination. This does not limit any obligation to disclose or collect charges under applicable law.
